First need to figure out wyhy your babies hair is dry imo. Whats her diet like? Maybe you can try adding suppliments like dermcaps or showstopper. I love showstopper and I use it on my dogs, works awesome.

I believe his coat is dry because of the diet the breeder had him on! They were feeding Iams and Purina Puppy...he also smelled like flea spray so bad that it gave me bad taste in my mouth!

Getting him eating a good quality dog food will be a great start. I supplement mine with either healthy coat or salmon oil also. I also just bought and started using the summerwinds products. I used the protect a coat today on my dogs. It is a conditioning oil for their skin and hair. You soak them in it for 10 minutes and no rinse just comb and blow dry. I love it. Their coats are already nice silk but wow they are so soft and silky feeling tonight I can't quit touching them. And no greasy feeling like some other products. I love it and it smells good!!
