| Shampoo Help Please! Pixel has just finished a prescription of Surolan for a slight ear infection; the gooey medication has made her ear, top of her head and shoulder on her right side look like a 1980s rock star -- gelled and spiked! I've bathed her with her usual puppy shampoo and conditioner, but the gelled look remains. What can I use to get rid of the greasy medication? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

| I would also suggest a few drops of Dawn dishwashing liquid mixed in with the regular shampoo. |
