| what is a good leave in conditioner? Gracie I think has a wire/wool coat and I read somewhere on here from another yorkie had this same coat and someone suggested a leave in conditioner... I cant find it anywhere so... just wondering if anyone can help me out... Gracie almost 5 months 004.JPG

| I can't really help you out with this one but with my 2 I mix some pantene pro v leave in conditioner in a bottle with some water, add some fresh aloe vera to it and shake it up. It seems to work really well.

| I think if she has a wiry coat you need to cut her down to the area of growth that is not broken off then you will see an improvement in the hair.I have one that is wiry and he is a breeze to care for and the hair is beautiful but I am told it will never reach floor length.that is ok because it is gorgeous.I put a little oil(any hair oil) on the coat when I blow dry and I know you might think this is weird but blow dry on cool only as with heat setting it makes the skin dry and itchy and she will only be cold for a moment but its better for the coat.( a great breeder here told me to cut him down and I am so glad she did he looks like a different pup) here is my wiry coated boy feisti
