YT 1000 Club Member | Need some advice and help Okay I have 2 boys that have their tails and I am trying to find a nice cut for them that won't make them look funny. I trim them about once a month but the smallest boy has a heavier coat than the other one. Anyone have any pics of Yorkies with tails and a nice haircut.

I Love Thor Donating Member | Tails are so cute. I think, if you keep it the hair relatively the same length as the rest of their coat, it will look nice. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I saw a recent biewer picture in a short cut. His body was shaved short...his face trimmed a wee bit...but left the topknot and the hair on his tail. I vote leaving the tail hair.

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | When we cut down one of the Biewers, we leave tail and hair for a top knot. I like the body trimmed close, and leave a little fur on the legs for movement. I don't have any pictures to post because mine are in full coat except for Abbi.....and I have no description for her hair cut...growing out. |

| fan tail I suggest a fan tail which is just a slight trimming to keep a nice and natural shape to the tail, but neat looking to match the body trim. We can try it next Sunday if you want to bring him along to my shop for our little get together? Let me know, Sue & Cricket Quote:

YT 1000 Club Member | Hey Sue, I thought for sure Goldie told you I'd be coming. I plan on bringing Dante because his bangs are getting way too long and I gave up on the topknot idea awhile ago. The boys play way too much for one to stay in. If you could do his head sorta like Leos but not as short. Oh just one thing don't shave his ears. I want his to stay the way they are. Love ya and see you sunday. I think we are going for Mexican. Nummers
