| Flaky Skin and Shedding... Hey all! McKenzie is about 10 months now and she still sheds a bit. Is it possible this is still her puppy coat shedding? It's not huge handfuls or anything, but I have noticed some shedding. Also she appears to have dandruff, although she doesn't seem to itch excessively or anything. And lastly , her coat is smooth and fine, but also seems to have a lot of flyaways or broken pieces. What products can you recommend for me? I'm out of their normal shampoo and am needing to try something else! Normally I've been using EarthBath Tango Mango shampoo. I don't like minksheen because I can't tolerate the smell, but am open to any thing else with a mild scent! Thanks! |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | On first smell I hated the minksheen...then I decided to give it another shot since everyone was telling me to...made sure I shaked it well this time. I love it now. No shampoo that I tried worked well with Lulu's coat like that one did. Everyone that smells her likes the smell. From what your saying about her coat I recommend you give it another try. Hubby used to hate Lulu's coat. When she had her puppy coat it was very coarse.
