| Micro chipping in NYC Do you guys think its a must to microchip in NYC? I live in the city and I just didnt think it was necessary. She never just gets out of my apt? Unless of course she get in the elevator presses L with her paw and walks outside...which is doubtfull!

| I think it's a good idea to get her microchipped still. In such a big city, you never know, she may "slip out", get dognapped, run off , etc. It's a comforting feeling to know she is microchipped in case of those things.

| I was thinking of microchipping Rocky as well but just like you laasilve i live in queens and he never goes out without me. We also live in a apt building and i just dont think it's necessary. God forbid if he was to ever get dognapped i dont think the micro chip is like a gps that you can track where he is at (correct me if im wrong). If it is like that then it's worth it but if not i know i am not going to get him microchipped. If we lived in our own house with a yard then i would definetly do it. that's just my opinion

| I think microchipping is good in general. If I lived in a big city I think I'd want it all the more with all the dognapping going on. Mine stay in the yard with me, but I'm still always afraid they'll sneak out somehow with everyone going in and out.
