Adopt a Shih Tzu: Roscoe: Petfinder I just sent an e-mail to the shelter but no reply yet! Just wondering if anyone is near the shelter and would be willing to meet him & see his personality. If I get approved, it would be nice (if they allow it) to help get him transported closer to me in Maryland but I'd be willing to make the drive. I'm not even approved or contacted by these ppl yet, but I was just curious!
