| They are OK. The staff is very friendly, but my yorkie was sick and they weren't really doing anything about it after a few visits, so I ended up going to Oradell and sticking with them. Animal General is reasonably priced, but after going to Oradell, i couldnt go back to AG. Nothing personal against them though, my friend still goes to them and has for years.... |

| I know one in Sayerville that is very reasonably priced and VERY good, but I wanted to get one near me for emergencies. Wow, the Edgewater vet did nothing even tho your baby was sick? That's really bad. It's as if you didn't take him to the vet except you get charged. I hear the Oradell group is very good but they are on the pricier side ... |

| I use Animal General. I have found the vets very nice, especially the younger women there. When Lola has been sick at first I didn't like the fact that it was hard to get an appointment but they have a policy that you can leave the dog and they would fit them in. Everytime though I ended up not having to leave. Lola was very sick and I found they were very attentive. She had an adverse reaction to vaccinations. All in all I am pretty happy and continue to use them. Hopes this helps you. |

| Lola has seen Drs. Onderdonk and Braver, both young, friendly and I thought very professional. My experience with Lola was that they were very thorough and attentive. She was losing blood platlets and they thought was bleeding internally due to a bad reaction to her first full vaccination set when she was a year. They were very concerned, placed her on medication, I did follow up and the office called to see how she was doing. They recommended that she may have to do vaccinations differently or there are some dogs that cannot tolerate vaccinations at all. |

| I used Animal General for over 1yr. Although the vet and staff are extremely friendly, they were not able to help Chelsea. She suffered chronic ear infections for several months. After many visits and many suggestions and I had to change vets. It turns out she was allergic to grain. They were quick to recommend an ear flush but never suggested changing the food. I felt they were more interested in making money then the welfare of my dog. |

Once I went to the new vet, they said many dogs are allergic to grain and I should quickly change her food. It still took a few weeks but we have it all under control. I take both dogs to New Bridge Vet and I am very happy with them. It's a small place but I really like it.

| Oh New Bridge Vet in Bergenfeild right? Thats ashame that the vets diagnose your puppy without even looking at her!! Every two weeks - that must be expensive. Well, Im seeing Dr Braver today. Another poster said she's quite good which I am hoping. The last thing I want is a vet that's out to make money (or those that recommend garbage food to the dogs just because they get a kick back from the company). So we'll see. I actually know someone really good but he's down at Sayreville, NJ and he's a bit too far for me. |

I never heard of her. I haven't been there in a few months. Everyone is good when your dog doesn't have a problem. LOL I had such a hard time finding a good vet. Perhaps she's excellent. If you don't like her, than just find another one

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | my sister used to take her cat there because she lived right across the street from them. they did save bailey when he was really sick when my sister first got him. they are very nice there and i didn't get the feeling they were money hungry. however i just feel that there are better clinics to go to. in what area are you looking?

| Hi, This is my first post. Will get a couple of yorkies in the summer. Who is the recommended doctor in Sayreville? Have to slowly go down my "shopping list" to have everything in place. Greetings from South Amboy |
