what's up for tomorrow.....is anyone taking the challange with the high temps...don't know how good it is for the dogs.....

any opinions?

Hi Tina, Tomorrow the high will be 91 with clouds moving in for evening showers....I think it will be ok as long as we keep the dogs with plenty of cool water to drink and not let them play too hard!

I am still checking on the weather. The last time I checked they said high 88 with scattered clouds and isolated thuderstorms developing in pm. There is 30% chance of rain in the afternoon.

Hey guys, we are concern with the hot weather tomorrow. What do you guys think? We could always reschedule for the next week. I want to make sure the meetup will be fun and comfortable not suffering from the heat. Are there any events or parades going on next sunday July 27th?

Ok guys I also feel that we should reschedule because I am afraid it will be too hot. So we are rescheduling to July 27th.

aww I'm sorry the meetup got changed. Hopefully it won't be even hotter on the 27th. And hopefully I won't have work.

I'm going to drop hints at my boss to see if she'd kill me if I took off.

I'm kind of relieved that it's not tomorrow because I don't think I would have been able to make it due to my knee. But I'm sorry to those that were planning for tomorrow!

they are saying that next week the temp will be from 70-80 I think that is better for the furbutts. I am kinda leary of taking them out in such constant high temps. I don't do it at home except for 5min and in the park there is no place to go for relief for them.

what do you think....
btw I was already for today too but not too comfotable with the heat

i hate to sound parnoid but in temps like 90 dogs can really get VERY sick...remember they don'y sweat like we do. It can really be dangerous.....

anyone have info to the contrary...

I was sooooo looking foward to meeting up today, But you guys are right it needs to be a little cooler for our Furbabies so that they can have a good time. It not about us it's about them

Yes, I agree too. When its so hot and humid, mine don't like to be outside for more than 10 mins, and they don't enjoy it, they just stand there panting and staring at me with that look "lets go back inside"

It's crazy that you guys are thinking about rescheduling again.. I guess it is hard to do meet-up during the summer.

I have been walking around the city with Haruka last few days.. and it has been hot but has been okay with tons of water and going to shades etc...

Anyway I was really trying hard to stop by before heading to Boston because it would have been so cool to meet you all... but since there is a talk about rescheduling.. then... we will hit Mitsuwa instead ... We have to check-out soon... maybe next time.
