| I'm in Gloucester County - fairly close to Woodstown, but I'm not familiar with it - I go to Rothman in Collingswood |

I currently go to Banfield in Moorestown. I'm not so sure I want to renew my wellness plan w/them. I'm looking for an affordable and loving vet practice. I wander if Rothman does consultations? I used to live in Collingswood so I'm familiar with their location. Are they excessively expensive?

| I think that is too far south, out of my range. I live in Somerset, I did have to take Milo to Redbank Animal Hospital for his hip surgery, and if it was closer they would be his Vet it was an awsome place. As far as Vets and price go I did a lot of research myself and I think you are going to have a hard time finding anyone to come close to banfield. My cousin uses them and we compare all the time and I am Shocked at what she pays for things as compared to me. I love Milo's Vet, but they are expensive I see the prices people quote on here and I am surprised at what some people think is expensive is inexpensive for my Vet. It cost me $598.00 just to have his teeth cleaned and that is what most of the Vets are charging around here. I know shocking isn't it. I would suggest to call several Vets in the area, and go to interview them and discuss pricing with them, and ask for referral, you would'nt take a skin kid to a Dr. with out a referral why should we take the fur ones. |

| They aren't far from us. But we use Del. Valley. And sometimes All Creatures for our birds.

| Usually I take our Buffy to Collingswood Vet Hospital- Across the street from Rothman. I think I started there because of the perception that Rothman is more expensive - but it's not necessarily true. They may just be more honest, upfront, about fees. I had a good experience recently with Rothman. My son's hamster fell ill and after a bit of calling around, learned that Rothman would see a hamster. I was very pleased with our results - I got a vet visit/physical/IV fluids and an antibiotic to give at home, all for $79! (poor little hammie had a respiratory infection). |
