| Pet Stroller on Plane? Has anyone traveled on a plane using a Pet Stroller? By this I mean checking it at the gate?? If so, which airlines did you use? i've been trying to search on Airtran's and Jetblue's website if they are allowed. But I thought i would check here before I called the airlines.

| I would think that if baby strollers are allowed, then dog strollers would be too. Actually, they might not even know the difference.

| The only baby strollers allowed on planes are small ones such as umbrella strollers. Anything that won't fold up small and skinny needs to be checked with luggage. I had this happen when I traveled with my daughter. I was told that the stroller could go on and once getting on the plane I was stopped and it had to be taken to cargo.

Yorkie Talker | i know this is about pet strollers (i have one) but i have a slightly different take on this question. we are going to California next summer to visit with family and i am a little concerned about traveling on a plane with my 3 babies. do they have to be in a kennel the whole trip or can they sit on your lap? |

| They have to be in a kennel that fits underneath the seat in front of you.

Have you already purchased tickets? I believe some airlines limit you to one dog per adult in your party.
