| What do you mean put-in bay? If looking for a hotel, you'll have to search with hotel allows dogs. In Vancouver, BC, the have a restaurant that you can take your dogs, you sit at one table the dogs have another table, the server serves the dogs too. They also have hotels that accommendate dogs of all sizes. Too bad Calgary, AB can't follow along with Vancouver.

| Put in bay is an island in lake erie. Ive not been there, but here's a website. Put in Bay | Put in Bay Hotel | Put in Bay Lodging | Put-in-Bay Ohio It lists hotels/cabins there and things to do. Maybe you can find something on there? Or atleast numbers to call someone to ask them.

| We went to Put-In Bay, last summer, and just booked to spend a weekend there, again. It looked like a very dog friendly island. However, we did not take Piccolo. Glad to see there are some place you can stay, with dogs, on the island.

| OMG!! Thats crazy you mentioned Put-In-Bay!! I used to go there every single summer w/ my family (I'm from Stow, OH), and I took my husband there after we got married!!! I LOVE it there!!!! We stayed in the next town from the place you get on the ferries ( I can't remember what its called its been so long) and I remember there being dogs there. I think it was a comfort inn....I'm so jealous!! I want to go back so bad!!! Have a super fantastic wonderful time!!!!!

| Are you going to take Piccolo with you again? I am nervous about taking Louis, because he has never traveled with us yet. He is only 1, and I am afraid that a lot of places won't allow dogs. Do you know if dogs are allowed on the beach? |

DogFriendly.com's Travel Guide: Jet Express http://www.dogfriendly.com/server/tr...002421mi.shtml I am not sure about the beach, but I would think that they would be welcomed. My husbands Great Aunt lives on the Island and she has a small dog and she takes him for walks all the time on the beach.
