| RV Trip We are getting ready to take LuLu on her first RV trip. We camp a lot, but this will be our first trip since we got her. We always take our Golden Retriever, but have never camped with a small dog. If anyone has any tips or suggestions, I would love to hear them.

| Snowbird Here and full time RV'r First of all you hafta be very very careful with you furbaby outside, we are presently in Az and the roadrunners, hawks, coyotes, eagles and other large birds will take your furbaby in a heart beat if left alone....I've even heard of coyotes going thru screen doors to get at a small pup... We are always outside with Widget, and watch the skys continually....we travel alot so in different areas you hafta watch for different animals...the key word here is WATCH.... We use a pen for her at nite when we take her out to go potty, but again am always there.... Don't walk your furbutt in grass or weeds that you haven't yourself stepped in....got a foot full of stickers once from blackberry bushes and sure glad she didn't get close to them.... Don't let you furbutt drink any water that you don't know for sure is safe, the Co. river here is full of stuff you sure don't want her to drink... I'm sure there is more but these are the basics...enjoy your campout |

| Murfee has gone camping with us since he was a few months old and he is now 5. He has over 27,000 miles with us. I agree with all that has been said. Murfee always drinks bottled water and we never let him out without the leash. We also keep a close lookout for birds of prey and he gets tick and flea checked everyday. I keep a really close lookout for snakes because Dfirst of all I am terrified and second because he isn't. Murfee absolutely loves going camping. I am sure that youo will have an awesome time.

| I agree with all of the above; but don't forget stuff like nutrical, canned pumpkin, baby asprin & benydril (just in case). We bring along ex-pens for daytime, when we're outside too, and for potty breaks. Have fun!

| We luv camping too. Our furbabies luv it!!! I'm sure yours will too. Ours are always on a runner when outside and we are always with them!!!!! Even on nite time potty breaks. Ours are little yappers, they espically like to bark at any dog or child oh yeah squirrels too at Myrtle Beach, you'll be surprised, they really adjust well to camping, as long as they are with you, they will be o.k. I promise. Don't worry. You will all have a great time!!!We are also actually leaving Sunday for Pigeon Forge on a camping trip! Paula Halle Brutis |

| Thanks so much for the advice. I am super paranoid about something getting my little dogs. We're almost positive that happened to one of our dogs when I was growing up and it terrifies me. The whole family will keep her close. Reading your posts makes me ready to hit the road
