| Pet Friendly Hotels In St. Louis, Missouri...????? We would love to plan a little getaway for next month, but can't leave Livi behind. We plan to board Harley...he is fine with it. Huckleberry, our newest little guy, will be no problem to make plans for...it's Livi that we have to work around. She throws up, stops eating, skakes, hides under furniture...basically, complete freak out melt-down when my husband and I even go out to dinner and leave her with my parents (they always babysit out skin kiddos when we go out). She just can't handle it...she does all of the above, plus paces at the door. I just know that we could NEVER leave her a few days! She would be so incredibly sick over it!! Soooooo, I started looking at hotels in St. Louis that would let us bring her and so far I am not having a lot of luck. One that I found said that, yes, they accept pets, but they are never to be left in the room unattended. Well, we are wanting to go to St. Louis to do family outings, not sit in a hotel room staring at our dog (as cute as she may be). Does anyone happen to know of pet-friendly hotels in St. Louis, close to their zoo?? Also, I worry that she will bark while we are out....how is this handled with a "pet-friendly" hotel? She is not normally a huge barker, but there's no way to know how she will act when let alone in an unfamilar place. Ok, here's another weird worry of mine....I am paranoid that someone will steal her out of the room (I know, I'm probably fretting over nothing, but still, I do think about that). Thanks!
