| What beach to carry Charlie? I want to plan a vacation...I need to feel the sand under my feet! We would be driving and Florida or SC would be the best bet for us. Have any of you had any wonderful experiances at the beach with your yorkie? I don't want to leave him in the room I want him to go on the beach, by the pool and stuff. Where to go? |

| Hi! We live in Lakeland, Florida and take Scooter over to Ft. Desota in St. Pete. They have a wonderful "dog" beach at the fort and separate playgrounds for large and small dogs complete with showers. It's wonderful for the furbutts, they all seem to get along. St. Pete is very dog friendly! Great place to go and I believe Ft. Desota's beach was selected as the #1 beach in the US again this year. |
