| our WONDERFUL trainer Christina decided to leave PetSmart... i kinda knew this was coming.. she had told me about it a while ago and asked me not to say anything to the people who work there.. duh.. i never would! but she wasn't crazy about some of the teaching techniques they used and the office politics were too much for her so she wanted to start her own pet trainer business (Which. for her is illegal because she signed a contract saying she would never go and open her own place.. .they paid for her training.. blah blah blah) anyways. i got a call from "the new girl" who will be taking over... and i know i've never met the girl but i just don't like her.. maybe i'm not giving her a chance... i guess i really thought Christina would call us (like she said she would) when she had everything set up because i wanted to continue our training with her.. we were supposed to start click a trick on the 27th and i was SO looking forward to it.. and this new girl.. she doen'st know all of Layla's quirks like Christina did (like layla gets very shy/defensive towards large aggressive dogs.. so christina always let us come in last and let layla check everyone else out while they were still on leash) *sigh* i guess i should just give her a chance... |

| Oh I'm sorry, I can't imagine I would say give her a chance, maybe it will all work out. Good Luck to you and Layla |

| Maybe she'll still call you ?? Did she leave you a number to get ahold of her ?? I know I'd be feeling the same way...I bet working with a trainer is very personal and you have to feel comfortable...I wouldn't give up hope yet !! She sounds like she was really good with Layla

| I know you are really disappointed. Finding a trainer that you are pleased with is an uphill struggle. If she left on good terms, maybe the Manager of the store would send your info to her. Just a thought.
