Default Favorite food : TV WIRES

Who else's puppies are obsessed with TV, lamp, and computer wires? my baby boy is insane over them and I get so scared when he does go to bite them because he may get electrocuted. I always say NO! and BAD! but he doesnt do anything besides tilt his head over, look at me for a minute and go back to chewing

The ONLY thing I found that works is putting deodorant on the wires ( I use Dove).

Just to let you know, all mine do. My husband and I went to Kentucky checking out land for sale and brought along our coffee pot (love Dunkin Donut coffee), I was about to set it all up in our room and low and behold, the cord is chewed off. Had to find a Wal-mart and buy another one. My telephone cord is chewed, our mixer, PC cord, the list can go on and on....Now I check for cords that dangle and tack them up high. Thanks for the suggestion on the Dove, I sure will be trying that out.......

When they were puppies!
Yes... mine loved wires (specially Chanel) ... she chewed on cable wire, headphone wires, wooden furniture, plants, specially things that dangle Chelsey ate my mobile phone and chewed my hairbrush.

I never know about the deodorant... that would have been nicer I'm sure... But I broke out the super heat!! The hottest sauce ever! and brushed the cords... one mouth of that and Whoa Momma!!! Foam!!!! It only takes once or twice to realize that you want NOTHING to do with Wires!

not as nice as Dove... But very effective... I hear tabasco is not as good... Some say it does the trick... I like the specialty sauces... much hotter! and it does not take much!

But be carefull when your moving!!!! Don't tie up those cords and then rub your eyes!!! You'll be very sorry!!!!

PS. You're welcome for the deoderant idea, but I can't take credit. So many memebers have given me that idea on YT.

I lost internet connection and didn't know why. After a bit of troubleshooting, found out the phone cable had been severed by Napo Afterward, I sprayed Bitter Apple on all the wires and said "NO!" when he got anywhere near them. He got the message.

That's the wire I JUST put deoderant on (Baby likes the bitter apple )!!! Oh, and lucky you for having a furbaby accept "no." Baby keeps going, and going, and going. Like the Energizer
