Hi new owner here I am curious and have a silly question do yorkies have to go everyday as far as poop? I mean is there a point where they only go when they have to which means some day more then others or is it every single day and 2-3 times a day? ?

I think they have to go everyday...at least my girls do...they are almost a year and they poop at least 2-3 times a day!! If my girls didn't I would probably be a little worried...but I am not sure of the exact answer!!

we have a poop-fest here at my place all the time!

all three of them poop about 3-4 times a day

yeah but humans don't go everyday..I am wondering if they go everyday or every other day when they get older or something

it's not really good if humans don't poo everyday. We poo for the same reasons that everyone poo.. to not only get rid of the food we ate, but to also get rid of toxins in our body.

If you aren't poo-ing everyday, I suggest you drink a lot of water and add Fiber to your diet.

hehe maybe I should drink more water

..anyhow my puppy is near 6months and still not house trained..He only goes in morning when I take him out and he does the funniest thing..he wipes both feets after he is done and runs to me expecting a treat which I give him..the only thing is after that he does inside..I only give him treat when he does outside so I guess matter of time

My cairn terrier wipes his feet like you said evertime he poops and one day when I was out walking him and my jack russel he did it when she was behind him and he flicked up a stone and It just missed her head I had to chuckle as it looked soooo funny
