Default TJ is getting a bit snippy and snappy

I need some advice, methods or suggested books to get to try and handle TJ.

He is neutered and about 3.5 y/o and 7lbs oh and he has vampire fangs

I am sure this is my fault as I baby him and always have, but I have to correct this behavior asap. He has always been the dominate one over Roxy, and for awhile they would fight badly pushing her more into her shy and scared shell. He would get nasty to her over treats and food, but I have since gotten them past that phase, actually the two of them have made a 360 and there isn't any issues between them anymore - THANK GOD.

The issue is TJ and his growing snippy, snappy, barking and biting

He is such a Mommas boy, lovey and kisses, happy and wanting to play all the time, but I guess he also has a protective side, b/c he will bark and bark at anything or anyone walking outside, he barks and wants to 'kill' power tools and things of that nature, he goes nuts when someone comes to the door (I have to put him in the bathroom), when we have workers at the house he barks and barks (I keep them gated off) and if they dare stick their hands in for a pet, TJ will sniff and then bite with his vampire fangs. He has gotten me a few times when I have tried to pick him up and hold him 'away' from whatever is setting him off, but he is in such a 'rage'.

He also has an issue with sleeping and disturbing him. I don't know if he gets startled or if its touching his back legs (b/c that seems to be a trigger), but he used to attack Roxy in the middle of night 'if' she touched him - he would go into a 'vampire launch' on her and she would be screaming. Now they sleep separated by the comforter (go figure ) - so he hasn't done it to her in a while, BUT he has done it to me and Troy, again, I don't know if we have just startled him or what.

Here's another thing that has set him off in the past couple of weeks. Don't laugh, but I tried a Raspberry on him and he freaked and tried to snip at me, sorta. I thought this was so weird, b/c TJ LOVES getting his neck and belly and face kissed, if you lean into him he will immediately expose his belly for kisses from me and Troy gives him little bites on his chest. I can play around and bite and pull his ears and TJ is in PURE HEAVEN....but when I did a raspberry on him, he went into a vampire launch.

Now, I shouldn't have done this, but I just wanted to be sure, so I told Troy "give him a raspberry" and he said, ok, and he did and YUP TJ went crazy, barking and trying to bit and attack Troy

I have to stop this attacking and vampire launches from TJ. He is so sweet otherwise, but we are a little fearful of him snapping at the wrong person

I need suggestions.....

Okay, he could be related to Ellie too.

Ellie doesn't usually bite though.
She just growls a lot.

Hopefully you find an answer because I need one also.

But for now when someone comes over I would suggest putting him in a room and shutting the door so nobody can pet him. If he bites the wrong person he would be in big trouble...

And you aren't the only one who gives raspberries.

She growls at me and I do it anyway.
She kind of growls quietly (under her breath maybe).
I just make her get over it because I am constantly doing EVERYTHING under the sun for her and if I want to give her one, I will. She can't be the boss all the time, right?

And I pull her ears too.
I thought I was the only one that did that.

You need to be the alpha dog. My dogs have never nipped, growled, bite or barked at me. They know I'm the leader of the pack. I can take food right out of their mouth and they will let me.
Mt two little ones are learning for the others already that I am to be respected at all times in all ways.

I tried a raspberry on Teddy ( 16 + lbs) just now and he froze like I tried to kill him. I put him down and he hid. I think it scared him but he knows not to react in any way but passive...
