| I actually figured out you can do it with the basic Paint program (which is what I did those). It is by far the most simple to use. Open the picture in Paint. >Image >Stretch/Skew >Stretch to something less than 100% I normally do it to 25%. Hope that helps. |

| The easiest i found is go to Microsoft search for powertools and download Resize Program, it loads with IE browser and when the pic is open you just rightclick and click on resize and voila I got about 4-5 programs but i allways go back to that one.
