2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Incredible sorry and loss I'v seen so many people experience enough heartache and death in the past few weeks than I can count. It's so sad and overwhelming to see family after family loosing their loved ones. My DHs family has lost an uncle, we've lost my mothers beloved pet Schnauzer Chi Chi and my sisters boxer Zoe was diagnosed that same day with incurable cancer. I have had friends, neighbors and FB acquaintances loose loved ones, some who are even our own YT members. They have recent losses or are by loved ones side as they prepare for their passing, it just makes me so sad. I also have a friend and neighbor in the hospital with liver failure fighting for his life. I know it may not matter to some, these are complete stranger but please say a prayer for all those who have lost loved ones in recent days and for those who are close to heavens doors and their families! Wade, Miller, Spence, Dunlap, Caudill, Newberry, Walcut & Gandy (Familes). May they find Peace during these difficult time.

It's still really hard for me as I am missing my mother. It will be 3 long years this coming May and Yes, no matter how hard it is I pray for strength as do so many others. More so during the holiday season approaches.

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I completely understand that time is not a fator when it comes to missing out loved ones. My father passed on Nov. 21st of 1984. It has been 32 yrs from the day of my org post and he is always in my thoughts.

| This is a hard time of year for me too. I lost my mom on Nov 27th, 1988 but it is still hard. Her birthday was Nov 23 and the last day I saw her was on Thanksgiving. So this is always a rough week for me to get through. This is my first holiday season without Daisy and Teddy Bear and my twin brother Jerry. Hubby and I usually celebrate Thanksgiving with dinner at the nursing home where his brother is living, a quadraplegic for 11 years now. This year I just wanted to stay home alone with my two new pups and keep them company. It was just a day of rest and reflection for me, not really a sad day, just quiet and peaceful. I am truly thankful for everything I have, especially my puppies who have come to my rescue at just the right time. And I'm thankful to have Yorkietalk and the beautiful family of yorkie lovers here. Blessings to all! Jean

Nothing wrong with a nice peaceful day at home with no fuss. I've come to really appreciate those type of days. I don't get them very often and if I can get by with just my memories and without crying that's even better.
