| It NEVER Stops..... I thought I would review one last time before I close down for the night, news paper reviews and articles.... I should have never done that..... "On January 18 at around 4 p.m., a witness saw an individual open the passenger side door of an older model Jeep Grand Cherokee and a dog jump out, said Chief of the Suffolk County SPCA Roy Gross. The dog then ran to the driver’s side and the driver pushed the dog away, Gross said. The Jeep then drove away on Jerusalem Hollow Road heading in the vicinity of Crystal Pond Apartments in Moriches with the dog chasing the car. The witness then watched the dog get hit by another car traveling in the opposite direction, Gross said. “This is just a horrible act of cruelty,” Gross told 1010 WINS. “It’s like a family member, how do you do something like that?” SPCA Chief Roy Gross told WCBS 880’s Sophia Hall." Can you imagine there are such heartless, cruel people in the world, that would do something like this??? It just never ends.....throw that poor soul out of your car, and then watch it desperately run and try to catch up with the people he loves....and get hit by a car that just keeps on driving away.....I just need to stop reading this kind of stuff....humanity is going to Hell in a hand basket.... |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | This makes me sick - that poor poor little creature who just wanted its family! Gosh I really cannot stand human beings sometimes. Our species is so selfish.

| What a horrible story! Human kind can be so awful.... I totally teared right up. I can't ever imagine... Any of it... That person deserves to be miserable for the rest of his miserable thing he calls life.

| That's heartbreaking! I imagine that dog wasn't treated well at home to start with by this guy, but he still loved his owner enough to try to catch up to him. So sad.
