| Need some healing prayers for me! I pulled a muscle in my back Thursday trying to rid my yard of a Poison Ivy patch I had found. It's flowering now but hopefully I'll recover before it can turn loose any seeds! This is so painful and has made it almost impossible for me to even get around. I'd appreciate any help from our Prayer Warriors to speed this healing along. Thanks in advance, and God Bless you all! Kathy

| I did this back in feb. hurt for a month. I got a stretchy elastic wrap and wore this for weeks. It really helped the pain. Good luck with your healing.

| So sorry to hear about your back. I think every time I do yard work, my back let's me know about it. Maybe just an age thing. I pray your back will be better soon, before your poison ivy takes over. Good excuse for relaxing with your pups. They won't mind at all! |

| Praying for healing. Also be sure and use an anti inflammatory like motrin or naproxen, ice to the sore area and if you can get some, muscle relaxers would be helpful. Hope you feel better soon. Oh yeah, if you are prone to rash up with poison ivy, get some Zanfel. (Poison Ivy Treatment - Zanfel Poison Ivy Wash Frequently Asked Questions - Zanfel Laboratories) It is expensive, but it will stop the rash, stop the itch and stop it from spreading. My hubby uses it when exposed.
