| Need A Good Vet in Richardson, TX!!! We are fairly new to the Richardson area, and will soon be adding an 8-year-old Yorkie boy to our little family of two. My friend in AZ had a stroke and feels she can no longer care for him (but if she ever wants him back we will return him). Since our Hailey went to the Bridge on 12/23/06, we've been very sad, so I think Yogi needs us and we need him. My hubby is flying out to get him and bring him back the same day. I wish I could go, but for now, am under "no fly" restrictions from my doc. I need a good vet, and maybe a good back-up vet in the Richardson, TX area. I am looking for someone who genuinely loves animals (you'd think that would be a given, wouldn't you?), who is kind and gentle, who is smart and cutting-edge in his/her knowledge, who runs a clean, clean, clean office, and who has a kind and caring staff. It would also be nice if they didn't nickel and dime us at every turn. I don't want much, do I? I've had a lot of dogs over my lifetime, and this will be our third Yorkie. I've had great vets and terrible vets, and sometimes I didn't learn they were terrible until too late. So it would also be nice to know who NOT to go to. Many thanks, fellow Yorkie Lovers! Sandy |

| Waco I moved here in Aug of 2006. I usually keep two vets around and had to go thru the same thing of finding vets down here...I miss Dr. Block and CHVC down in Cedar Hill...They were my mainstay vets for years |
