| I bought both of my Yorkies from fancypups.com I think they are located south of Houston, my spouse went and picked both of them. They were both very clean and healthy other than my male has a luxating patella. It will cost about $1800 to fix and it will probably need to be fixed within the next few months. Have the knees checked and you will get a good puppy. |

I just read the guarantee and contract and no where does it say that you have to have the pup vet checked w/in 24 hrs, she recommends that you take them within 48hrs, but its up to the owner. besides I would have my new puppy checked out just to ease my mind and to make sure they don't need anything else. | |
