Saturday: A few showers this morning with overcast skies during the afternoon hours. High 69F. Winds ENE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%. I can hardly wait!! hope the weather is good to us!

It rained here in Irving last night, so I'm thinking it did in SOuthlake too. Looks like it's going to be VERY wet. It's going to be cloudy, so it's not going to dry up. I'm thinking we might have to cancel.

Who knows for sure if it is cancelled cause we are driving 2 hours? Or is it still gonna be at Pattys house?

Please let me know we hope to leave in a hour because we have to stop and get some things at Wal Mart

Also I still have time to make it to the Navasota Dog show if it is cancelled!

Cancelled?!?!?! I certainly hope not!! no rain here in Burleson,, well we had some sprinkles overnight,, but no rain,, its not wet out here,, but i'm south of there by about 50 miles i guess,, come on,, someone,, please advise us here!! channel 8 weather says 30% chance,, but no real threat,,

I don't want to make the decision. I was just throwing that out there because I know how wet it is here in Irving. (I'm about 15 min from the park)

I was hoping everyone would be online this morning so that we could decide what to do. I'm sure they'll all be waking up soon & getting online.

but,, GETTING UP SOON?!?!? must be nice,,LOL,, i only get to sleep in Occasionally ,, when we are home in La.. here its 5 am DAILY,,

I'm in south Fort Worth, it did rain here overnight... It's wet this morning. I don't want to cancel though. And remember the trees at the park - maybe it's not so wet there, and if it does rain while we're there, we have lots of cover. We've done that before.

Also, I don't have chairs... not portable ones, and I don't think it's feasible for me to bring the dining room chairs or the sofas

That's just something we haven't replaced since the fire - haven't needed to....
Unless the chairs in our patio set fold up. I'll check into that.
