| Looking for vet??? GA I am new to the forum, was recommended her from a member of a jeans forum that I belong too. This site has so much great information. I just got my new puppy today and am wanting to take her to the vet to get her checked out. Does anyone have any rec's for the Woodstock, Canton, Roswell, Kennesaw area of GA? Or is there a resource to find a good and reliable vet in a certain area?? Thanks so much!! |

| First of all I would like to welcome a fellow Georgian to YorkieTalk. I live in Rome, and I believe I am using the best Vet Practice in the State. Culbreth, Carr, Watson. I generally see Dr. Amy Warren. She is the most awesome vet imaginable. When I take Boo the Boxer in for her heart check-ups I am sitting in a chair and Dr. Amy is sitting on the floor hugging up Boo and doing her vet things to her. It's not just Dr. Amy, every one at the practice is gentle courteous and they go overboard to help. A couple of years ago I took puppies in for a vet check, I got out of the car with the pups, and locked the keys in the car. I couldn't get anyone to come with the spare keys, so one of the office personnel took me home on her lunch hour -- I live 10 miles from the vet practice. Another fantastic thing about this practice is that one of the regular vets is always on call so if you have an emergency you get to see one of the vets and they have all of the records. When I took Peppy in on a Sunday afternoon 'cause he was pooping blood, one of the Vets met me at the practice, reassured me and went to work on him. Dr. Amy spotted me at Wallyworld the other day and just had to come over and give me a hug. I just love my vet! |

| First of all, welcome to yt. Listen to Miss Cindy, she is a very wise person. She was bragging to me about her vet when I was there visiting her a week ago.
