Administrator | We've tested browsing attachments with Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2, and Opera 9 and have found it to be working. These are browsers with default settings and nothing else added onto the browser. When we tried with these browsers, attachments will open up in another browser window. Please make sure you do not have a popup blocker installed. Or you may try another Internet browser, such as Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) or Opera (www.opera.com), both which are free. |

BUT, if they open sometimes, doesn't it mean that a pop up blocker is not the issue? | |

Administrator | We can not explain your individual browser configuration as it is working on many tests we have done using multiple browsers, thus we suggest you try another browser to access YorkieTalk. |
