| puppy for sale thread With so many dogs being stolen from their own yards and houses, I am kind of leary of putting my last name on the puppy for sale threads. I don't post it on my website or any of my advertising and I am not crazy about posting it here either. All it would take is for someone to look it up in the phonebook with your town information on there also and next thing you know you come home from work and your yorkies are gone. Does that bother anyone else or is it jut me being overly cautious? I dont particularly see a need for it myself. |

Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | I agree it is very scary having your full name on a public forum.

| I think it should be like this..............the ones "looking" for a Yorkie should put "their" names on a list, then the breeders just go look and then PM the people. |

| I can understand the last name, maybe, but I think the information required to post for sale is pretty basic. I would actually be very suspicious of anyone who didn't want to give there information. I also think that by requiring this info, it deters alot of the would be scammers from trying to take advantage of the members here. I don't recall there ever being anything negative come from it...just my opinion though. |
