Donating YT 500 Club Member | Suspensions? How is it determined one would be suspended on Yorkietalk. I have read the rules and do understand them. It doesn't make sense though, when you have two members involved in a discussion about something controversial one will be suspended and the other will not. When, if you look at what was posted it is obvious the one member left in active status was more disrespectful and rude than the member suspended. Why is that - does it have anything to do with one member being a "Donating Member" and the other not? Just an observation and curiosity.

| It is fine to have a disagreement, but when you attack someone personally, that is when you get into trouble. It is fine to disagree, but don't say that the other person is "stupid" or anything like that. I don't think it has anything to do with being a donating member or not. |

| There are no special privaleges for donating members. If they attack someone they get suspended just like anyone else. I have seen it happen

| Could it be that the most offensive stuff gets deleted by the moderator? I don't know -- just have seen that on some other forums. In fact, sometimes a person would edit their own post and then you would wonder why someone else took offense. But the truth would usually come to light eventually. Could it also be a prior warning situation -- Where one member had a previous warning that they would be suspended if they got into it again? Just thinking aloud.... I can't believe they would give someone exempt disclipinary status for a donation.

| i doubt that makes a differance and people get suspended without warning or knowing why ..but it's up to admin. they delete posts to try to keep things calm & civil here, i understand to a point, but sometimes it doesn't make sense or seem fair . they have their reasons and do it for the most part to keep yt a fun & decent place. i'm sure it's hard to keep up with it all and take sides or whatever you want to call it. i know i wouldn't want to have to do that.

| I think perhaps they get a warning and if they get don't stop then or get disrespectful to admin or perhaps they have had prior warnings, then they get suspended, and if it is bad enough then they are banned. |

Administrator | Members get suspended or banned for not following YorkieTalk Rules & Guidelines, it does not matter whether they are Donating Members or not, as we have had to suspend and ban Donating Members before. Sometimes members may not see every single post, as Moderators and Admins may delete such posts before many members may have read it. |
