Does anyone know how to change an Excel file so that I can add it to a post...so that it's not a .xls file, but will still be able to work?

I'm no expert but when you have the excel open, click on file and then save as.....there should be two lines at the bottom of the screen where you would pic to save it to. One says "File name", the other says "Save as type". That may help. If it doesn't, I have NO clue! Good luck!

You need a program to convert excel files to another type. Here's one that offers a free trial...it may work for you. Or maybe someone here already has a program and you can email it to them to convert. You might find a conversion program on freeware sites too....

Can you save it to Adobe? You would have to have Adobe reader/writer on your computer. If you don't you can pm me and I will give you an email address so that you can send it to me and I will convert it to Adobe (PDF) I'm not sure about adding it to a post, but it may work.

Hmmm...I can convert it to Adobe, but it loses the neccessary properties to play/enter info...

It is REALLY neat...makes you feel REALLY stupid though. How bout this...anyone who wants it, send me a PM w/ your email and I'll email it too you.

(PS, technically I picked and made this up, but I got them from a huge selection from somewhere else...drove me crazy trying to figure them out...if you don't want to fry your brain for days, don't bother.)

I've uploaded a .doc (WORD) Document to this site - did you try to upload the excel file ?

Yeah, but it told me it couldn't because it was an xls file. I sent it to YOU though. (email)

No no no...I emailed it to you so you could play , not for you to figure out how to post it. I just gave up on getting it on here and wanted some people to try...I don't like feeling like the only person who couldn't get them.

For security reasons, we only allow pictures as attachment uploads, either in JPG, GIF, or PNG format.

If not, I can probably do them one picture at a time and just let everyone guess...BTW, how smart do you feel?
