I have shrunk down the picture to the alloted size and everything and I still can not get it to accept it as my avatar. Can anyone help me. I have downloaded the software and followed all instructions posted and I am still having troubles!
Here is the picture but not resized and shrunk down, I figured I was doing something wrong, might as well start over again!
Please can anyone help????? Thank you!

Hmm, I tried downsizing for you. Try one of these. The first is cropped into a square, the second is full frame.

Does anyone know the space limits? These are 26 and 25.4 kilobites.

The maximum avatar size is 75 by 75 pixels and 20kb.

This is strange. If these photos don't look bad, they will work. When I save in photoshop, they use up too much space. When I save in iphoto at the same size, they're only 8k, which is tiny.

I shrunk it to 75x50 for you. Just click on the pic below to highlight it, and save it to your computer. Then you will be able to use it.
