Hey YT,

I really love this board. I looked through a lot before I came here. I liked the friendly atmosphere and the helpfulness of everyone. I went through a detrimental time with Roxy and you were here for me.

There have been some recent events, though, that upset me. I wish we could all get along. We have the same love- Yorkies. They're more than pets to most of us. I know I love my Rox so much it makes me cry sometimes.

But there has been some mean stuff going on, and although a few of you PM'd me to tell me you didn't have anything against me or Roxy, I'm afraid to say I don't want to stay here with any negativity. I'm sure that most of you couldn't care less that I leave, but before I did, I wanted to thank you all for your support and help, and I wish you all the best.

Our babies are our lives- and we should focus on the good and not the bad. I guess that can apply to anything in life, though.

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy here. I am also sorry I didn't get a chance to know you. I wish you and Roxy many many many years of health and happiness toghter .

We joined the YT team around the same time and yes I do know what you mean about some the the bad that goes on around here. I don't know what happened to you. I know feelings do get hurt from time to time. I've been there. But the good outweighs the bad anyday. You have always been nice to me and I wish you all the best.

I don't know what happened.. I am sorry that you feel that way. There are many members here. You might not agree some people or some people might not agree with you.. but it doesn't mean you should leave. I could understand but it is not worth getting other's word into you so much... There are so much nice things here too!

I remember your post about you meeting a breeder... and I thought it was nice. I don't know what was said to you.. but I would love you to stay!!!

Whatever was said Im sorry hate to see a fellow Yorkie lover leave here and I would like for you to stay. Im new to the site and I was gonna leave shoryly after I became a member b/c I found my yorkie a home with a little girl and I asked erveyone if I had to leave and they were all so kind and asked me not to leave and well here I am and I even got a baby girl Yorkie.

wow, i am so sorry that your feelings got hurt on that thread jacki, i don't blame you for leaving if you feel uncomfortable here. i for one can say that i enjoy roxy and your posts and i will miss you when you leave, your part of the "older" bunch and it seems that all of us are leaving little by little well i am behind you with whatever you decide but please know that you will be missed and i wish you the best

Please don't let a few bad expereiences drive you away. Anytime you have this many passionate people all with their own opinions you will have some controversey. But we all have the same common goal to have happy healthy yorkies to love for many years. YT has helped me so many times and I would hate to have you leave and miss out on all the good on this forum. I hope you decide to stay.

Girl I understand about getting your feelings hurt....I was so upset @ YT last week I was just devastated - but don't YOU leave! I thought about leaving but realized that I enjoy YT too much to punish myself by leaving because of a few rude members (very rude members). But you're not one of them and I have really enjoyed being on here with you this past year and hearing about Roxy! It's been too long since I've seen her pic, I think! Like jesscruz said, it seems all the older members are slowly leaving....it does seem that way.

Anyway, I don't blame you for wanting to leave. But I'll miss you girl! I wish I could convince you to stay around and preserve what's good about YT but of course I can't change your mind for you. I wish you all the best and Roxy too no matter what happens.

I have read the thread that I believe you got your feelings hurt by, Unfortunately people get their feeling hurt here, but I think the good far outweigh the bad, and I hope you decide to stay,and we get to see you and your baby around here for a long time.

Things happen and words get said but I've found that taking a break usually helps the negative feeling you may have. The decision is yours to make but I wish you and your furbaby all the best.

I understand how you feel. I get sad reading the not-so friendly posts. Instead of leaving, I just try to put a positive spin on things. You sound like a wonderful person and we need more of that on here. Please reconsider and stay

With thousands of members I think everyone has read something that didn't sit well - just try to remember all the GOOD posts you've been involved in....the good far outweighs the 'not so' good......I hope you change your mind.

This is so sad....you know that my post on that thread was in defense of the breeder and I am so sorry that it ALL happened...it happens here too often for me too but I feel like I HAVE to stay or else who would defend the unfairly bashed????.....lol.....Not that it helps anyway as it always happens again and again....I have come to realize that it is just human nature I guess.

There does seem to be a certain propensity here for some to post toward the negative and it has pretty much always been that way...luckily it is only a few and this is a large forum so at least people either ignore those who behave this way, or they call them on it, and then it stops, or the thread gets closed which is what happened in this case.

We need more people like you as members here who recognize how this hurts people so that you can help nip it in the bud. There were not very many who posted positive things and it was almost pure speculation with no personal knowledge. At the very least they should have given your post more weight since she was your breeder and you have personal experince with her.

Please reconsider your decision...take a break if you need to but please don't stay gone too long...we would miss you and Roxy way too much!!!
