| Splitting threads. I am a member of several other public forums. In these forums, if a thread gets off topic, the thread is split into 2 separate threads, so the first thread can get answers, comments, or opinions al well. I have seen a thread twist-turned up-side-down to where the OP has stopped getting real answers after about the 5th post. I was wondering if there is a way that we could have this on YT. I think that it would make this forum alot better for all of us here, older and younger, newer and not-so new. Some of us here are not to familiar to all things yorkie, and some of us know the book front to back, so I think that if the thread would split and read split from (ex.) "Where do I buy nutrical?" if someone thinks that nutrical is bad and a debate starts on that, instead of telling the poster where to buy it in her area. They also have merger threads, where there is 2 threads about the same things merged. But I think that the splitting of threads is more NEEDED here. I do realize that this would take alot more time and effort from the administrators and moderators, but maybe we could get some people to volunteer to make Yorkie Talk better for us all. I for 1 am volunteering, although I don't have alot of time to be on YT, so I am not so sure I would make the best moderator/admin, and I don't think I have enough posts either. I know alot of you are on here up to 9-10 hours a day, so lets be proactive! Thanks to everyone,

| Not as many as you may think, just the controversial ones, which most know what those are, but if we had the help, I think it could run pretty smooth. Alot of forums do this.

What I have seen happen is someone will ask a controversial question and it will eventually be blown out of proportion and the OP never gets the answer they were asking for. Instead the thread is closed, and the OP is afraid to ask again in another thread. If you really feel that it is not needed then I have to repect that, but with YT growing like it is, it will be need in the near future IMHO. I would think that it would be better to establish this now then have to deal with it in the future, if that is where you would choose to go with it. Thank you for your time,
