I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Security Tokens Missing? A member asked me for help regarding a problems she was having uploading her pictures to Yorkietalk. She was given the message "security tokens missing" when trying to do an upload. Admin told her to clear her cookies, and she has done that, as well as restarting her computer, but this hasn't helped. I did a search and it seems to be a common problem with V-bullintin, and affects users of Internet explorer and Firefox. The only information I can find to fix it has to do with admin doing something to fix the problem. Does anyone know anything about this? Here's a couple of links that describe the problem. Thor's Human Donating Member | I've seen this problem too. It seems to have something to do with the size of the pictures uploaded. I can't upload three at once anymore, only two, or I get this error.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Oh, it never dawned on my that her pictures could be too big, I get a different message when that happens to me. Thank you, I'll tell her and see if that helps.

Administrator | The missing security token can happen when you let the browser window sit for 15 minutes or more, as the system thinks you are no longer active on the site. Usually, you can refresh the page and then post your thread or reply. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Thanks admin, I had never heard of this before, and it seems like she got the message when uploading pictures. I sent her a smaller picture to upload, and she was able to get it to work. Some cameras take such huge files, it may have taken her 15 minutes to upload.

Thor's Human Donating Member | I'm pretty positive I've gotten this message when uploading three pictures, even when I've been active on the site. I think my pictures are between 2.5 and 3 megs. I assumed it was some kind of overflow error when the site resized them.

Administrator | The security token error can also happen if a member uploads a picture that is too big as well. We suggest resizing pictures (to less than 200kb in file size) before uploading them to YorkieTalk. Thank you. |
