Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | ? regaining donating membership status Why is it that when a person is reinstated with Yorkie Talk that they can't regain their status as a donating member? Why do they have to redonate $25.00 to regain their donating membership title. Sorry, but this is a rule that I would like the Administrator to reconsider. We don't think this is a fair rule, especially when one donates to make someone else a donating member too. Thank you very much, Patti and Jack and girls. I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I suppose it has to do with the paperwork of ending your membership, and reinstating it. This is true also if a person is a donating member and wants a new name, they have to cancel the old membership and donate money under the new name. I suppose this rule is to discourage people from leaving and coming back. If you feel the need to leave YorkieTalk just leave, don't make it "official" next time, and you'll still be a member when things settle down.

Administrator | Thank you for your feedback. From our YorkieTalk Terms of Use, which every member agrees to when signing up for an account: You agree that if you post a message stating you are leaving the site that your account will be immediately disabled. Your account will then not be accessible by you any longer. You will be able to apply for re-instatement after one month's time. Any Donating Member status will not be re-instated if a member requests their account disabled. YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community - FAQ: vBulletin FAQ If YorkieTalk members want to take a break from YorkieTalk, they are welcome to do so. Their YorkieTalk account would not be terminated or affected in any way if a member chooses to take a break from YT. Members are free to leave on their own free will, and you chose to do so and stated you no longer wanted to be a YorkieTalk member. We thus honored your request and removed your YorkieTalk account as you requested. When you asked to be reinstated, we reinstated your account, but as our rules stipulate, Donating Member status is not reinstated for members that request to come back. Thank you.
