| I think I'm going crazy! I don't know if Cisco is ok... So last night Cisco was playing with his little plush squeaky toy on the couch, he jumped of the couch and landed wrong and made this awful little yelp cry! When he got up he was holding up his back left leg and not walking on it. I immediately picked him up and began to investigate his leg, nothing looked out of place and I was rubbing and gently pulling on it and he didn't cry or yelp or anything. When I put him down he began to walk on it again. I had him rest on the heating pad until we went to bed. This morning I woke up and he's walking on it but I feel like I read into things too much because Im afraid he is hurt! Im thinking "does he always sit like that? Does he always sit this much? does he always stand that way?" Im looking at everything and thinking the worst. I spoke with some of my family and they looked at him and told me im crazy because he looks fine and walks fine. When I look at him though I think hes not putting all of his weight on it, but I dont know because Im driving myself crazy over this. I guess it comes down to whether or not to visit the vet. My vet bills have just been through the roof lately, and the vet already thinks im a hypochondriac. Is it possible he may of just sprained it or pulled a muscle? Do you think its ok if i wait another day to see his progress?

| Poor baby! You know little Cisco better than anyone ... if you feel there's something wrong, if I were you I would take him in and have it checked. You can just never know and if your vet doesn't appreciate your taking such good care of your baby, I would find one who does. I have paid a lot of "scared" vet bills but would much rather be safe than sorry. Please update later.

| Update I came home from classes and Cisco ran to the door with Sammy to meet me like he always does. I still think he is putting more weight on the other leg but hes walking around on it still. He ran outside early after he tinkled and tried to jump up on the couch but I wouldnt let him. I think we are going to wait till after the weekend to see how he is, as long as he continues to improve, if he gets any worse to the vet we go! Is it possible he sprained something or pulled a muscle?

| another update Cisco seems to be doing much better. He's acting more like himself, although i still see a slight, i mean very slight, hesitation with his leg. Its so slight that my mom who lives with us and sees him everyday can't even notice it. Hes been walking much much more and hes been attempting to jump up on things which is not gonna happen! Is it possible for something to be very wrong and he's still acting like he always does?

| its about a week later and Cisco seems fine, so I think he might of just sprained it or pulled a muscle. Its better to be over concerned than under concerned though!
