| Sleepy Yorkies Does your yorkie sleep a lot? she takes a lot of naps but when she wakes up she's still her wild self. She usually sleeps a lot after she eats and plays a lot... she usually knocks out easily. This is normal for a 6month yorkie right? She's also sort of sick, the Vet mentioned to my sister she has something sore near the throat part (he most likely said a name for it but my sister being clueless, probably forgot and just let me know that he said soreness) so she coughs...and they gotten a bit worse, and I can hear here swallow a bunch of flammation of something near her throat (just like humans when we're sick we tend to have a lot of saliva) but the salive never comes out or anything, it's just in her throat.... Her appoint. is april 3rd, she's getting her rabies shot, i hope all is well and he doesnt find out anything else, or else I am after that darn breeder |

| Mine sleep a real lot. Exspecially Louie....He is a very lazy laid back kind of guy.lol....In fact he is still in bed now....Probobly wont get up till about 10 ro 11...I hope that she is feeling better real soon and is there any way that she can get that vet appt. moved up. April 3rd seems like a lot of time to wait to see a sick baby. They can go downhill so quickly. Good luck and keep us posted.

| Skippy loves his naps, but when he gets up he's a ball of fire. |

| Hoku takes cat naps cause she's always on the alert. Kalani, on the other hand, could sleep all day if his sister would let him - LOL!

| If your puppy is trying to get over something, then he would sleep more, I would think, just like we do when we get sick. We have to sleep more because our immune system is fighting something off. Also, I noticed our 6 mo. old babygirl sleeps more if she's not eating enough. As soon as she eats a plateful of food, she immediately perks up again. But she naps several times a day for 1-2 hours each time. |

| Brissy is about 5 mths old and she is a lazy bum!!!!!!! We went to bed last night at about 9 pm. We got up at 6:30, she peed, and now she is still asleep in the recliner with her sick Daddy. She sure will sleep more if she is sick. We do. |
