| Is my Yorkie sick or is this normal? Alright, I noticed on sonia "whom is female" her womanly area is a little swollen and there was a little bit of blood there. I also noticed her nipples are a little bit swollen also. She is eight months old and i want to know if this is something to do with her being in heat or something else?? Also she doesnt put to much weight on her front paw. She has been like that for awhile. I doesnt seem to hurt her but she seems to not like to use that front paw when she stands or walks. Is my baby falling apart??

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Lol definitely sounds like being in heat. Maybe she has a splinter or something in the paw. Check it out and if you don't see anything then maybe take her to the vet.

| She definately isn't too young...they can go into heat anytime after 6 months of age. They do have "fancy panties" at the petstore for times like these. |

| She is in heat, lol.... You should get her fixed so by next heat you dont have to worry about the bloody spots on the carpet. I would gently check the paw out...
