I'm sorry you lost the first two babies. That must be so devastating to anyone who has to go thru that. I will pray that this little guy keeps improving and grows into a strong little puppy. He needs an appropriate name for all he has gone thru and survived. Good job, Mom.

Still doing good. Snuggling closer to mom when I try to see if he's still moving. Mom is very calm. I have a cage with a cover and a towel wrapped around the front so the others can't look in. I think Mom is very happy. Hard to tell. LOL Sylvia

Thank you. I picked him up a little bit ago to see how strong he was and he's still doing ok. I have been just lifting mom's leg to see if he's moving and he cuddles closer to her. It's looking good. I'm cautiously optomistic. Sylvia

He is doing well this evening. I hope you all saw his picture in the nursery. I posted over there earlier today. I was afraid if I posted a new thread here they would move it anyways. I did leave a post saying that there were pictures in the nursery. Sylvia

I have a Yorkie that seems to find them relaxing.
If you use a proper shampoo, it shouldn't cause her any harm.

Thank you, Lisa. I am sorry to lose the other 2 also but it's probably a LOT easier on mom with only one.

Hey guys! The baby climbed out of the cage this morning. I had to put one of those shallow plastic tubs in to keep him from wandering off from mom. I am still worried if he's going to survive but if he's strong enough to take off, I guess it's a really good sign of survival. Sylvia

Awwwww ... that sounds very encouraging! Never doubt the size of the iron will pushed in a pint-sized package. We'll continue rooting for the spunky little guy.
