|  Lana's and her Milo Needs Prayers! Lana's little boy Milo was just recently diagnosed with Necrotizing Encephalitis. Some of you may know this is the same disease that took our Jewel's life. Lana saw my threads about Jewel and contacted me for help. We have become close friends through our shared experience. Necrotizing Encephalitis is a neurological infection. It slowly kills off the brain cells. It's terminal and a very cruel disease.There is no pain or discomfort involved but because the brain is slowly ebbing, it affects behavior and motorskills. Milo is under the care of several doctors including consultations from UC Davis just like we were. Lana and Milo is in much need of your prayers, good wishes, and support. | I am so sorry to hear of little Milo. I'm glad Lana has you for support and friendship, Corinne...and of course, all yt'ers who will pull together and pray for Milo and his family. I will be praying for a miracle! Hugs to Lana and Milo!
