| I think she ate my new earring I knew the minute I took them off and laid them in the windowsill that I was making a mistake - I could kick myself. The window above my bed is low and the sill is the same height as the bed. I was almost asleep when I heard Chloe messing in the corner. I turned on the light and sure enough, one of the earrings I bought from Kathryn V was gone. I searched everywhere around the bed and floor and could not find it. There are no sharp points on it anywhere. I guess if I don't "find" it soon we'll have to go for an x-ray. She sure has expensive taste! Say a prayer for both of us as I'm still really mad at myself. |

| Omg goodness! She's definately in my prayers. I bet she'll pass it fine. Call the vet anyways just to ask if there's anything you can give her to insure that it passes. Good luck

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Try going over the whole area with a metal spoon as you will hear the earring if it fell somewhere. Hopefully she wouldn't eat it. I did that with a diamond ring my dtr lost in the yard. Took me 15 minutes with the spoon but I found it. Good luck.

| They can get hidden in the carpet so easily. someone else thought their dog at one but then later found it. However my Chachi did eat one of my grandaughters earrings. she was in the kitchen so I know it was gone there was no carpet for it to get lost in. |

| OH NO!!!!! Are you serious! Thats awful! For your baby that is... You'd be amazed what they eat though! I just got a PM last night about a big dog who litteraly swallowed a Pixie Stick whole! Not Kidding! Then Pooped the Stick out! (They only digest if you chew them up! lol) They're almost as bad as goats! I know it sounds gross, but you'll have to break out the latex gloves.. if you don't have any, you can get them at the grocery store in the first aid section... and smoosh each poop up to nothing and make sure you don't miss it if it passes. And don't let her out of your site! You can't miss a single poop! lol But don't stop searching for it! I'd give it a good 24 hours to see if it comes out and if it doesn't I'd go have her x-rayed... but if she ate it, it only has one way to come out. I doubt it will get stuck.. the clasp on thise hoops is soooo tight! Even I have a hard time opening them! lol Please keep us posted! K

| X-ray came back clear which means she never ate it in the first place or it's "laying" somewhere! I closed the doggie door this morning so she couldn't go outside. I'll have a mess or two to clean up, but if she did eat it and passed it, I wanted to be able to find it. Guess the price of those earrings went up by $55 |

| Oh no! At least you know it's not in her anymore, that's good! When you find it, you can clean it up and declare them the most expensive earrings you have I wonder where it is?!?! Mystifying!

| I am glad that Chloe is ok. Maybe the earring fell down on the floor or she just moved them to a different part of the house. But who knows.... I wonder if she will go down in history as the dog that pooped the diamond earring -- you know, kinda sorta like the goose that laid the golden egg..... |
