| Mr.J head shakes all over coughs andfoams at the mouth?? I thought orginally it was low blood sugar. at least that's what the ER vet said. but now he's done it since I've had him at least once or more a day. Flops around and foams at the mouth, and can walk but not real good. we've been to the vet four times now. with no real ideas of what it is. Any ideas? heading to the vet again. but needing ideas of what tests to ask for? TyTy and Mr.J |

| Oh My Goodness I am no expert here and this is where I come to get advice and help with my little baby Willow . . . but it sounds like your little guy is having a seizure or epilepsy. The breeder where I got my Willow bought a real little boy to breed with her girls . . . and that little guy ended up having epilepsy and seizures. He takes medicine everyday and is fine . . . but he can't be a stud for her. Good luck with your little guy. Keep us posted on how he is doing.

| can't spell but he's overnighting at the vet. going to go thru a battery of tests. I think he's got sezuires. they never last long but he's aslo losing bowl control. We got some options. 1. is put him down. 2. keep him podsome? {sp} and hope he grows out of them or the meds help. not many. my worry is his age. he's still baby. and these can cause brain damage. | I know in my above post I said. Sounds like seizures to me too. Id make sure he has test done. poor baby But I got to remembering a cat a neighbor had , it did this same thing, and come to find out it had a bone lodged in its throat. vet got it out and it was ok. Have you looked in his throat? if nothings there then I think it may be seizures. |

| puppy I would check for liver shunt...if the bile acid is okay, then I would look to a neurological problem. He is too young for epilepsy..he is a young puppy right?? Seizures like his sound very much like Liver shunt...they drool at the mouth and foam, fall over..does he eat well...good size? |
