| Won't go potty.. This is his first day home. He's been home since 1ish(6pm now) and nothing's happened. Should I be worried yet, or just wait it out? He's been fed 2x and has had water. |

| It could just be that he's scared and doesn't want to go yet. Do you mean it's his first day home from the breeder? Did the breeder pad or litter box train him?

| Potter: I guess not, I figured he was in a crate before so I thought being in one now would be the same deal. Only difference is the pad. SweetCuteness: If he is, I dont see why. He's been ripping, running and playing since he's gotten here |

| LOL Chewy didn't pee for over 6 hours when we brought him home... I walked him, put pee pads down, everything I could think of. WELL at 8:00 at night my daughter put him on the couch to snuggle with him, and YUP...HE PEED! My hubby wanted to name him Poppy because on Seinfeld this guy Poppy pees on a couch! my husbad walked around for days calling him Poppy!!! LOL I have to tell you he has the BEST BLADDER... He has held it up to 9 hours to date, and he is only 8 months old... WHen he goes to bed at night, I have to wake him up in the morning, and he's rolling around taking his sweet time! Even I need to get to the potty inthe morning!!! Maybe yur baby will have a really good bladder too!

| Sounds to me like you need that baby in an X pen! It give them a smaller area to work with when potty training..crate, food toys and water on one end and pee pee pad in the other end. If you get one, make sure its a tall one, cause these little buggers can climb! |

| You keep him in there long enough, he will go! And hey, if he does like everyone elses the first few days with a pee pad, and plays with it instead....just duct tape that thing to the floor for a while, least till he learns what you do with them. Hang tight, it will happen! |
