| She is being spade tomarrow but i'm worried that they might not go back into the correct position if they don't fall out themselves. |

| I have never heard of that. When I have heard of that is when the baby teeth are left in too long the permanents get out of alignment

| My vet pulled Rylies baby teeth when she has spayed. she had one adult fang and 1 baby fang. and the baby was not moving so it had to go. P.S. the more teeth that have to be pulled by the vet the higher the vet bill

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Cali didn't loose any of her baby teeth and the adult teeth came in misplaced becasue of this. Several fell out after she trned 1 and 3 were pulled by the vet a couple of weeks ago. I would see if they can pull the baby teeth tomorrow so as not to put her under again. The vet will advise you what to do. Good luck

| I am in Canada, too. Piccolo goes for his surgery next week and the bill will be over $500. He has 4 baby teeth to be pulled out, neutering and mictochip.

| I would recommend having at least the four canines removed since these frequently don't come out. You probably could save a couple of bucks by delaying the spay until you see which are going to come out on their own, but then you run the risk of her coming into season. I am thinking it's about $8 a tooth, but most of the cost is in the anesthesia. It is more harmful to delay the removal of baby teeth than to do it too early. There is a good possibility that they will have to be removed before she is a year anyway so it is wise (and cheaper) to go ahead and do it and risk anesthesia only once. |

| Mine is almost a year and she has double teeth on the top and bottom. I guess they're called the K9 tooth or the Fang...i dunno but on the top she has 2 fangs on each side..and on the bottom 2 fangs on each side. lol she looks a little funny when she opens her mouth wide enough for you to see them. Oh well. I just knew the vet was gonna make me get them pulled when I took her in for her check up and the vet saw them and didnt say anything about getting them pulled. SO i dunno...i guess having double teeth isnt a problem. |
