My husbands cousin, Angeline, has a dog (a beagle) who had a SEVERE case of parvo when he was younger. He was in the hospital for over 1 week and they all thought he wasn't going to make it. But thank god, he fooled them all and pulled through.

So little Madda may make it too. She is a strong little girl and she has her mommy's love and support. Plus, we're all praying for her. She has thousands of prayer and well wishes coming her way. Please give her a big kiss from all of us. Codie and Tia send kisses too.

thank you you are so sweet.... she's a fighter and I want her to pull through.... I am willing to do anything under the sun to get her through this no matter what it costs or how hard it is to get it. I just wish they would have caught this sooner... thanks

Hugs and prayers from us too! I haven't have any personal experience with Parvo so I only know what I've learned from hearing stories here. I just know that my vet once told me he leaves his lab coat at the office every night and takes his shoes off before stepping into his house because he fears for his own dog's safety. Be sure to take all the precautions recommended for your other baby's safety. I'll be watching for what we all hope is good news soon. So sorry you're going through this!

First of all I am very sorry to hear what is happening to your little one, I will be praying for you and yours throughout the day.

This is only my second day on the site and after reading your posts and the replys to them all i can say is "wow" you have a huge support group here and a lot of prarys being sent your way.

Madda is in my prayers! These little ones can be quite the fighters. As someone else suggested, is it posible to go see her to give her the strength to fight this.

Sending positive thoughts & prayers to Madda, Gizmo, & you.

I went on the internet & read a bit about it & was shocked that even vaccinated dogs can get this. How unfair that something this terrible can happen when you've done everything right to prevent it.

I've been amazed over & over again at how much support can be found here on YT & truely believe in the power of a YT prayer.

omg i'm so sorry to read about what's happening to madda. i'm praying for her to make a recovery. i've seen many cases of parvo come out with a happy ending and i'm hoping yours does too. keep us updated

Prayers coming your was and wishing Madda a speedy recovery. Take care.

My neighbors dog just this week got sick and they said she had Parvo, she was a stray and had just had her parvo shot a few days before she got sick. Long story short she didn't have parvo, but tested positive because a dog will if tested that has been given a shot for up to 14 days after. Ginger is still at the vets and had a reaction to a strong antibiotic. Didn't know if Madda had just got her shots.
