| update on Mitzi-Mae I have some bad news................ mitzi isn't covered by her insurance I got Mitzi when she was 7 months old, The day after I got her i took her in for a check up and for her shots ( she hadnt had her puppy jabs) they immediatley picked up that there was something wrong with her heart. When I got home I got an insurance policy for her,as i would have done even if she was 100% healthy. My vet tried to claim for me a few days ago and the insurance company refused today, as she had the condition before the insurance cover started. Im worried sick now as her treatment is going to cost thousands. I will do whatever I have to do, even if it means working 24/7. The breeder hasn't contributed anything to the cost of the E.C.G and simply said give me the dog back and I will refund you. Now way is Mitzi going back to the breeder,i love her and she is mine, the breeder would just let her live her life out in a cage (not allowed exercise). May I add that the breeder is a friend of mine (not best buddys) That brings me to the point, does anyone know where I can a buy a really cheap pet stroller for Mitzi? I dont want to leave her at home, whilst the other babies go for a walk, i thought she could ride in the stroller. I dont want her cooped in the house forever. Thanks again for all the support |

| There are many strollers available on E-bay for about $40 USD. Try that and see how it works.

| I am very sorry to hear about the insurance. I don't even know what to say about that!!! I commend you for keeping Mitzi. You are a God send to her. I hope you are able to raise the money you need for her surgery. Being you and the breeder are somewhat friends can you ask her to contribute?? Its only fair. I am sorry that she hasn't offered. About the stroller I purchased one at Petsmart for 79.99 it was a pink Happy Trails one and Baby just loves it. I will keep you and Mitzi in my thoughts and prayers. Good luck!!! |

| I think any decent breeder would refund your money and let you keep her. I can see why they can't be responsible for the bills though. I would just be thankful that you were going to try to finance the surgery. I've seen this problem come up time and time again and, of course, no one is going to give their baby up, especially when they're ill. I'm sorry you are going through this. I hope the breeder at least refunds the purchase price. |

| I'm so sorry your baby is sick. I would do the same as you, I could never send my baby back no matter how sick she is. You might check Target for your stroller. I saw some today but did not notice the price. |

| i got a stroller real cheap at www.abcdistributing.com I really like it. I don't use it all the time. just when I have to take more than one to the vet's office. it is not a heavy duty one. I couldn't see spending any more money for one that I would not be using a lot. this one is perfect. light weight and i can push it with one hand.
