| We apparently left the tube of nutracal where Gremlin and Gypsy could get a hold of it. They chewed a hole in the tube and we do not know how much each ate. They do not seem sick, maybe a little more active then usually. Nothing major. Can they get too much?

| Do you have any idea how much they possibly ate? I would check with the vet. I hope they are ok.

| Not as much as I originally thought. We are going to watch them tonight. We have 2 tubes of it and I had to look to see which one that was gotten into. I am not good at guessing measurements. Less than half a tube. I would guess less then 1/4 even. Did you know when a hole is put in the side of a tube of nutracal and the tube is laid down, it leaks out over everything?

| My nutri-stat tube says you can give 3 tsp. for 10 pounds, so I would guess they would have to eat at least 2x that amount, probably more for it to be toxic. I would expect them to be a little hyperactive and have diarrhea is all. Mine got a hold of my tube so it has little teeth marks in it, but they didn't get it opened. There was the same post last week. I guess when we recommend getting Nutrical we need to say keep out of dog's reach. |

| i forgot to hide my Nutracal from my grandchildren when Ceeby was about 10 weeks old. Needless to say, my back was turned just for an instant and they fed him a bunch of it. The only thin I noticed was that he ran around like a wild man for awhile. |

| I wouldn't worry about it really. I would think if anything you might see some greasy runny poop for a day or two. I feed this to Angel every day. She is only 1.2-1.4# and I give her about an inch and a half every day. She needs all the vitamins she can get. ![]() |

| There did not seem any problems from it. If it was Gremlin who got into it and he is usu the ringleader, we would not notice any difference as he is usu hyper. Gypsy was a little more active than usu i think. No lasting probs. Thank goodness.

| Dezi also got a hold of the nutrical tube a couple of weeks ago. I did not know what was wrong with her because she pooping 6 to 7 times a day and she was very hyper. This went on for a couple of days. That Saturday, I decided to vacuum underneath my bed (Dezi's hiding place) and I noticed that the nutrical tube was leaking. Well, she made approximately 20 holes with her tiny sharp teeth and was getting doses of nutrical for about 3 days. I called the vet and they told me to watch her, but she did not think it would harm her. Well, she was not happy that I found the nutrical tube, but she is back to normal now. Poops 2 times a day and is naturally hyper. She is 4 1/2 months. |
