| Belly bands & Dermatitis So, Leo's skin is a little sensitive I guess to having pee on his tummy from the belly bands. I noticed some red rashes on his stomach where the belly band usually goes and immediately stopped putting it on him. (I discarded the belly bands, as I will not be using them on him anymore) The next day, he had blisters where those red bumps were full of pus. Poor baby Took him to vet and they said it's a form of dermatitis. Now he's on medicated shampoo and conditioner and antibiotics for a week. He's only 2.5 pounds and 4 months old..is there anything special I should do for the antibiotics? I gave him his first dose and he shook his head sneezing like if it had a horrible taste (probably did).

| Poor little guy. Glad to hear his skin is healing, and that you have switched to piddle pads. Belly bands are great aids for a variety of reasons, but they are labor intensive to avoid skin problems.
