| Yorkie difficult breathing My 13 year old Yorkie has been having difficulty breathing. My wife took him to have some teeth pulled and he hasn't been the same since. It has been 3 months ago since she took him. Just recently we had his xray done and Vet show us xray. His treach has closed to a small passage way for breathing...He has been struggling real bad to breath. He has been like this for 3 months too long to me. My wife wants to put him down, but I can't...Can someone please give me some advice on how to get our Yorkie breathing normal again. Thanks |

| So sorry for your situation Of course I am not a vet, but i would recommend an emergency care vet center that has board certified internal medicine and surgeons that could help you with your decision. Specialists often have a differenc perspective from the general veterinarian. Blessing to you as you work through this!

| There are meds that can sometimes help with this issue. Has your vet tried anything at all ? if not then you deff need a diff vet & a specialist would be best. Praying for your baby. |

I'm in Phoenix and know where you should go: AZ Veterinary Specialists This is off the 60 - at Gilbert and Juniper. See an Internist to start off -- if Dr. Bailey is still there, ask to see her for your appointment. This place is incredible! Please let us know what happens. All the best to you and your kiddo!
